The DandyLasses girls clothing store appreciates the trust you have placed in us with your order. Any damaged or incorrect order may be returned for a full refund, including shipping costs. Except as noted, the Return Policy which follows does not allow for a refund of shipping costs. Refund Policy:

All claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of the order. No refunds will be allowed that are postmarked later than 7 days from receipt of shipment. ALL RETURNS FOR REFUND MUST BE PRE-AUTHORIZED via phone or e-mail. Merchandise will not be accepted for refund without a return authorization number. If a time extension is needed, this will be granted but MUST have customer service extension approval via e-mail.

Exceptions to a Full Refund are as follows:

Most of the DandyLasses clothing and accessories are carried in stock. Some items are by special order. Special order items are not carried in the warehouse but instead are ordered specifically for the individual at the time of the order. Special orders may be exchanged for a different size but not be returned for a refund. Multiple size ordering is not permitted on special orders. Most of the christening gowns and communion dresses and some pageant and flower girl dresses fall into this category as noted in the item description.

A 20% re-stocking fee will be accessed on all refused orders.

Please enclose the invoice with returned item along with with proper instructions for return or exchange.

We only ask that you return the merchandise in its original condition, with all tags and packaging. Returns in notably unacceptable condition will be refused. For an exchange, e-mail the size request. The exchange will be sent out and the return credited when received. There are no additional shipping charges on an exchange.
